Troubleshooting & Support
Plan Generation Issues
- Plan stuck "generating": Wait up to 10 minutes. If still stuck, refresh and try again
- Empty plan: Check that you completed onboarding questions. Try a different domain
- Tasks missing details: Trigger a manual refresh using the "Refresh Plan" button
Profile & Onboarding
- Profile won't save: Check your internet connection. Try again in a few minutes
- Onboarding loops: Clear browser cache and localStorage, then log in again
- Missing profile data: Re-enter at /profile/expanded and ensure consent checkbox is checked
App Performance
- Slow loading: Clear browser cache, disable extensions, try incognito mode
- Tasks not updating: Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Login issues: Reset password or contact support
Premium Features
- Upgrade not working: Check payment method, contact support if charge failed
- Features locked after upgrade: Log out and back in to refresh tier status
