Getting Started with XLR8

Create Your First Goal

  1. Choose a domain – Start with Fitness or Health to experience our most robust plans. Select your goal type (e.g. "Run a 5K").
  2. Complete onboarding questions – Provide your fitness level, available equipment, and schedule. These inputs tailor your plan.
  3. Generate your plan – The AI creates a multi-week plan with daily tasks and coaching. Review and adjust if needed.

Navigating Your Plan

  • Tasks are grouped by week. Each task includes a "why," "how," and clear acceptance criteria so you always understand the purpose.
  • You can reschedule, skip, or complete tasks, and XLR8 adapts your plan accordingly.

Track Your Progress

Mark tasks complete, rate difficulty, and optionally journal your experience. The AI learns from your feedback and adjusts future tasks.
